After the recent heavy rain we noticed a couple of minor roof leaks which we thought may have been because of the roof work associated with the installation, so called Leaf Smart.
Julian returned our call promptly and said he would be at our place about 3pm that day.

He again arrived on time and quickly proceeded to check what caused the issue.
It was not attributed to his work and tuned out to be a cracked tile, not where he had worked, which had been partially cracked for some time, he replaced it and checked around the area of suspicion for any other problems.
Also he installed some supports under our solar pool heating tubes as they were partially blocking the roof valley and in fact had caused the other small leak by damming up the water flow.

Julian said “as you can see it was not attributed to my work but it is my pleasure to check it and do what was necessary for you as part of the service”

Julian was on time, professional and answered all of our questions. I live in Pennant Hills, and one side of our home is quite high, Julian used all the correct safety equipment and spent time telling me what he was going to do, he also trimmed back a few overhanging branches at no charge which I appreciated as my wife and I are both pensioners. He also cleaned up after the work. I would recommend Leafsmart Gutter Guard for the quality product and good service.

Leafsmart was efficient, ptofessional and exceptionally helpful in answereing all my questions. They did an amazing job in saving my gutters which quite literally had the beginings of small trees growing out of them!
